She has a Strong ability in financial reporting, presentation skills, Budget Preparation, Processing of accounting and financial transactions.
Adelina holds a bachelor of commerce in accounting awarded at The University of Dodoma (UDOM) in 2011. Prior to Her joining Genesis Assurance Services (currently CPA Associates) in 2020, she was the director of finance and projects at Tandabui Institute of Health Sciences and Technology (TIHEST) of MWANZA.
Adelina possess a wide range of experience in dealing with accounting processes such as; preparation of monthly financial reports, budgeting and cash management including banking and disbursement of funds in accordance with established rules and policies of the company. Reviewing previous reports and providing analysis as requested by director. Management and appropriately recording of accounts payable and receivable for students as well as employee advances and loans. Payroll management and remittance of all statutory deductions or contributions such as PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, WCF, WHT etc.
